Special Permission and Science Elective (SCEL) Units
Special Permission Form
Use this form to enrol in a Unit of Study without the prerequisite, co-requisite or qualifying Unit of Study. This form should be submitted in person to the Faculty Office.
Science Elective (SCEL) Application Forms for students who are affected by the change of most Science units of study to 6 credit point values.
Unit of Study Withdrawal Application for International Students
International students who hold a student visa and wish to withdraw from a unit of study can download an international student unit of study withdrawal form here.
This form must be submitted to the Faculty of Science Office no later than 23 August for Semester 2, 2007, and March 23 for Semester 1, 2008.
