University of Sydney Advantage
Under the MIT, students may (subject to academic performance) undertake an option known as the Research Path which will provide training in research related skills. Completion of this option allows students to progress into a research degree.
Selected students can also undertake industry-based projects at employers’ premises, gaining first-hand experience in current industry research and development practices.
Scholarships
A limited number of One Semester Half-Fee Scholarships are available to new students commencing full-time studies in the MIT in 2007.
Awarded based on academic performance during the first semester of full-time study, scholarship students will receive an amount equivalent to 50% of the tuition fee for their second full-time semester of study in the MIT.
